I would say Jedi fallen order is in and around that same length. I beat the game on Jedi Master with 100% completion at around 30 hours.
Force Slow + long slashing attack or twirling double blade on repeat, taking advantage of regaining force when you hit her after dying, can knock her down to nearly 1/2 health within the first 10 seconds. Back waaaaaay up and deal with the stupid droid slowly. Take a breath. Jump her ground attacks from a distance.
